Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate:

Print-on-demand products

Our physical books are printed on demand after an order is placed.

Production may begin shortly after the order is confirmed.

This means it may not always be possible to stop an order before dispatch once production has started.

This does not remove any statutory cancellation, return or consumer rights that apply to the order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

Applicable delivery charges are displayed before checkout is completed.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout, which may include Shopify Payments, card payments, PayPal or other supported methods.

We may change product prices in the future, but this will not change the price of an order that has already been accepted.

Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

If a delivery issue occurs, please contact us so we can investigate it with our fulfilment or delivery partners.

Returns, refunds and faulty goods
