Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order from Begin in Christ.
Change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items should be returned in a condition that allows us to reasonably inspect and resell them. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, or you provide evidence that it has been sent back where appropriate, we will process the refund in accordance with your legal rights.
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
Where you cancel the full order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will also refund the cost of the standard delivery option originally paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your workbook arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing fault, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with your UK consumer rights. This may include a replacement or refund.
You will not be required to pay return postage where the return is due to a fault, damage, incorrect item or another issue for which we are responsible.
Order cancellations before dispatch
If you contact us before your order has entered production or been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it.
Because our books are printed on demand shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped once production has begun.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation or consumer rights you may have after delivery.
Non-returnable items
Any future products that are genuinely personalised or made to your individual specifications may have different cancellation rights where permitted by law.
If this applies to a product, we will clearly tell you before you place the order.
Our standard Begin in Christ workbook is not treated as personalised simply because it is printed on demand.
